Please submit the following information for all Contract Changes.

In the Notes section, clearly specify the exact change being made.

For compensation increases, please wait until Week 4 Issued Paid numbers have been released to avoid any conflicts with ongoing updates.

Example (for comp increase):

“110% — the individual met compensation guidelines in January $ 51,202.35 and February $ 53,958.16.”
